Shipping policy

1. WHERE WE SHIP

Clickfort currently ships within the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.) or internationally at this time. We hope to expand our shipping coverage in the future — sign up for our newsletter to be notified.


2. PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and is ready to ship.


3. SHIPPING OPTIONS & DELIVERY TIMES

- Standard shipping: 5–8 business days | Free on orders over $75; flat rate under $75

- Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days | Calculated at checkout

- Overnight shipping: 1 business day | Calculated at checkout


Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and selected shipping method.


4. SHIPPING RATES

We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $75 or more. For orders below $75, a flat shipping rate will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Expedited and overnight shipping rates are calculated based on your delivery address and order weight.


5. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive the email.


6. DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@getclickfort.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.


If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and around your property. If you still cannot locate it, contact us within 7 days and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.


7. INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@getclickfort.com. We can update your address if the order has not yet shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect it and any re-shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.


8. DELAYS

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including weather events, carrier disruptions, natural disasters, or high-volume periods such as holidays. During peak seasons (November–December), please allow additional time for delivery.
