These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ClickFort, a brand owned and operated by Juniper LLC ("Juniper LLC," "we," "us," or "our"), including the ClickFort website and related products and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By accessing or using the Clickfort website (getclickfort.com) or purchasing any of our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or place an order. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use our services.
2. ABOUT CLICKFORT
Clickfort sells physical magnetic playsets — structures kids can build and play inside — shipped within the United States. We operate exclusively through our website at getclickfort.com.
3. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order on our website. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or older and are legally capable of entering into a binding contract. Our products are designed for children aged 3 and above and are intended to be purchased by adults on their behalf.
4. PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice. All product descriptions, images, and specifications on our website are provided in good faith and are as accurate as possible. Minor variations in color or appearance may occur due to photography and screen display differences.
We reserve the right to limit quantities of any product and to refuse service to anyone for any reason at our discretion.
5. PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time, including after an order has been placed. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order.
Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider.
6. ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order — we reserve the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other reasons. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us at support@getclickfort.com as soon as possible. We can only accommodate cancellations or changes before the order has been processed for shipment.
7. SHIPPING

8. RETURNS & REFUNDS
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for items in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at support@getclickfort.com with your order number. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Please refer to our Return Policy for full details.
9. PRODUCT SAFETY & PROPER USE
Clickfort products are designed for children aged 3 and above and must be used under adult supervision, particularly for younger children. Our products are not suitable for children under 3 years of age due to the presence of magnets.
Always follow the instructions included with your product. We are not responsible for injuries or damage resulting from misuse, modification, or failure to follow safety guidelines.

All content on getclickfort.com — including text, images, logos, product designs, and graphics — is the property of Clickfort and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without our prior written permission.
